Marie Beckman, CFP®, has successfully completed the stringent initial and ongoing requirements necessary to obtain her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.

Marie’s strategic, organizational, and communications skills as well as her tax experience have helped her clients define and achieve their financial goals. Her analytical skills enable her to identify and utilize investment vehicles appropriate to each individual client. Her wealth of knowledge in finance and global economics and her experience in retirement and estate planning enable her to respond to any client need.

Prior to joining A. Robert Taylor Financial Advisory Services, Marie spent more than 15 years consulting with non-profit organizations on human and financial resource development needs. She received her MBA from Loyola University of Chicago, with an emphasis on Finance and Economics and her Bachelor’s degree in Music from Indiana University - Bloomington. Marie lives in Chicago, and is an active member of the Board of Directors of CUBE Contemporary Chamber Ensemble. She also loves to sail, and is a chorister with Chicago Master Singers.
